Our Warehouse staff are following the strictest guidance/rules to stay safe and well.
Our shipping partners also follow strict new policies that are updated in line with WHO guidelines. For example e do not expect any deliveries to be signed for, a visual identification is enough.
So we are proud to say we are 'open for business' until the Government tells us otherwise.
Please be aware delivery times will be longer for obvious reasons.
FREE Shipping to mainland UK addresses. All deliveries will be made by using a ‘signed for’ track able secure service from ROYAL MAIL
If you order before 12 noon we will endeavour to ship it out the same day. Otherwise we will ship the next working day.
ROYAL MAIL will usually deliver on a standard 1-2 day service.
England and Wales take one day. Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland take 2 days.
Deliveries should take no longer than 3 working days from your order [this excludes Saturdays and Sundays].
If you have any special delivery requirements we will do our best to help but to avoid possible delays please ask in advance of confirming the order.
EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer 2 shipping options
1.FREE (or Small contribution for distant locations) - using the local regional Postal Service. It usually takes 5-10 working days within Europe, and 10-15 working days further afield. Although it has been know to take longer for Countries such as Mexico and South America.
For deliveries to South America and Mexico we strongly suggest that you use the DHL service as we are sometimes experiencing 2-3 week lead times after the package arrives at the Mexico sorting office.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an Internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
This service does not support en-route notifications - you will have to track the item yourself.
2. DHL Fast service - The cost can be higher but its very quick. Into Europe it is around 2-3 days. For USA/Mexico/Australia/India it can take around 5 days. This service is fully trackable and you will be informed along the way.
With both shipping options you will receive a tracking number once the order has been picked and send out of our Warehouse. Usually its within 24 hours of order confirmation (apart from weekends).
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES (Outside of EU)
Depending on your own Countries Import Tax and Duties - You will have the option to prepay any local charges at the point of purchase.
If you choose to pay the customs or import duties upon delivery, it will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination Country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
PAYMENT DETAILS AND SECURITY
Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of goods. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide.
DOUGHNUT (Brandco Ltd) does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by your payment provider.
All payments to DOUGHNUT (Brandco Ltd) are handled securely by PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay.
PayPal and Shopify Payments accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.
We understand that different Countries prefer to use their own local payment platforms. Our system offer's both card payments and multiple payment platform options that are Country specific, making it easier you.
DO YOU DELIVER TO A WORK ADDRESS
We can deliver to your permanent residential address, your place of employment or any nominated address but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
We do not provide free returns for any sale items. You are still entitled to return an sale item, under the same policy as full price items but without the free return option.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM AND WANT TO RETURN IT
As a friendly online business, we aim to provide a returns service that is hassle-free for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. If you are a few days over the deadline we will be OK with this too.
Then on confirmation from our Customer Service Team, we will issue you with a free returns link from Royal Mail. Please print and attach the generated postage label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
Once the item is returned and inspected we will issue a refund (using the same payment method that you bought the item) or exchange the item for a different size / colour as per the customer request.
We will only refund any return that comes back in an unused, new condition with all labels attached, inside the original poly bag it came with. Any items returned 'used' i.e. not in the condition described above will then be sent back to the customer promptly without a refund. We reserve the right to make the final judgement.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns for any orders delivered outside of the UK. However there is a low cost option available from our shipping partner below.

We can only accept the item for return in an unused condition with all labels attached and the original poly bag. Any items returned 'used' will be sent back to the customer.
If you ‘the customer’ establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, DOUGHNUT shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer a refund for their invoice value.
If you ‘the customer’ establishes that any of the goods are defective the company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer’s statutory rights will not be affected
