Deliveries should arrive the day after you make your order but should take no longer than 3 working days from your order [this excludes Saturdays and Sundays].
If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

PAYMENT DETAILS AND SECURITY
All payments to DOUGHNUT (Brandco Ltd) are handled securely by PayPal. PayPal accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of goods. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
DOUGHNUT (Brandco Ltd) does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PayPal.
DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES
We can deliver to your permanent residential address, your place of employment or any nominated address but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM AND WANT TO RETURN IT
As a friendly online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. In order to do this you will need to contact us within those 14 days. Then on confirmation from DOUGHNUT please return the item or items in their original 'new' condition with all labels intact. Once the item is returned and inspected we will issue a refund (in the same way you bought the item) or exchange the item for a different size / colour.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that A insures you for the value of the goods and B Requires a proof of deivery signature.

If you ‘the customer’ establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, DOUGHNUT shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.

In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
