If you order before 12 noon we will endevour to ship out the same day. Otherwise we will ship the next working day.
ROYAL MAIL will usually deliver next day into England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland is a standard 2 days service.
Deliveries should take no longer than 3 working days from your order [this excludes Saturdays and Sundays].
If you have any special delivery requirements we will do our best to help but to avoid possible delays please ask in advance of confirming the order.

We offfer 2 tracked shipping options
1. A low cost service that will usually take 5 days within Europe, and 14-21 days further afield. Although it has been know to take longer for Countries such as Mexico and South America.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. All deliveries will be made by using a ‘signed for’ secure service.
2. DHL Fast service. The cost can be higher but its very quick. Into europe its around 2-3 days. For USA/Mexico/Austrailia/India it can take 5 days only.
With both shipping options you will recieve a tracking number once the order has been picked and send out to our shipping partner. Usually its withing 24 hours of order confirmation (apart from weekends).
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES (Outside of EU)
Depending on your own Countries Import Tax and Duties - You will have the option to pre-pay any local charges at the pioint of purchase.
If you choose to pay the customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
PAYMENT DETAILS AND SECURITY
Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of goods. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
DOUGHNUT (Brandco Ltd) does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securly by your payment provider.
All payments to DOUGHNUT (Brandco Ltd) are handled securely by PayPal, Shopify Payments or Amazon Pay.
PayPal and Shopify Payments accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.
We understand that different Countries prefer to use thier own local payment platforms. Our system offeres both card payemnts and multiple payment platform options that are Country specific, making it easier you.
DO YOU DELIVER TO A WORK ADDRESS
We can deliver to your permanent residential address, your place of employment or any nominated address but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM AND WANT TO RETURN IT
As a friendly online business, we aim to provide a returns service that is hassle-free for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. If you are a few days over the deadline we will be ok with this too.
We can only accept the item for return in an unused condition with all labels atatcheched and the original poly bag.Any items returned 'used' will then be sent back to the customer.
In order to do this you will need to contact us within those 14 days,
Then on confirmation from DOUGHNUT we will issue you with a free returns link from Royal Mail. Please pring this psage label off and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
Once the item is returned and inspected we will issue a refund (using ghe same payment method that you bought the item) or exchange the item for a different size / colour as per the customer request.
As above but there isa different shipping method for custimers outside of the UK
If you ‘the customer’ establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, DOUGHNUT shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer a refund for their invoice value.
If you ‘the customer’ establishes that any of the goods are defective the company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer’s statutory rights will not be affected
